When Van Dyke and I re-activated The Steeltown Two, we met a guy named Jim Preddy, who had written a nice song, but it needed a bridge or chorus.  I wrote a countermelody to the whole thing, using his chord pattern.  This was my first effort with the "boy/girl" answer song.  Since we didn't know any girls who sang (at that time), Van Dyke and I sang the girl's part in falsetto!
