This song was inspired by an inspirational episode I had with a fellow church member long ago. She knows who I am, and vice versa. (She will forever remain nameless, but I appreciated her support during a difficult time of my life.) The musical style was influenced by "Islands In The Stream." At the end of a long recording session, I asked my elder daughter (Hilary) to do a duet with me on this song. She felt the call to do the "scat" at the end of the chorus lines, and I've grown to enjoy it, too.
